Title: Burst Mode with a Cardinal
Post by: gjtoth on May 03, 2008, 03:02:13 PM
I don't know why, but I've been hesitant to attempt any burst mode shots.  Welp... those days are over.  I played around a little, burned a LOT of shots, and I think I'm getting close to my desired results.  This is a sequence from (I think) a 12-burst shot.  I just picked, of course,  the better ones.  Looks like this guy has some sort of parasite or been in a fight.  Notice the dark spots on his underside?  Or, maybe it's just wet -- hope so.

Wow!  I must try that, Gary.  These are incredible photos of a magnificent bird.

I think I have the same camera and I'm still learning it after a year!
