Really nice. You turned low light (and low shutter speed) into an advantage. Well done.
You did a good job on this, what good images.
Becky
Well done. I enjoyed looking at these. Did something spook them?
Thanks-Barbarian, Becky, and Judy...They were probably spooked by me!!! When I go to the park they look at me suspiciously and stay to the one side, I rarely get any good acceptable photos there!
Perhaps take a day and when you can spare time take a lawn chair a book and your camera. Just sit and read and let them get used to your presence then you will be able to take them on the lake without spooing them.
We have a beaver pond near the house and I want to do that to get pics of the beaver......So far I have been stopped by time restraints and the dreaded black flies. They literally take chunks out of the skin! Perhaps this will be the year.
Good idea-Judy! I know around home here the birds pretty much know me and I can walk around with them eating from the feeders-sometimes they fly off and come back...Pretty cool tho when they land when your standing 8-12 ft away...Those swallows that I entered into the bird challenge let me walk right under them when I went through the arches...I was amazed...
A very unique, special couple of images!
