Title: Master of the oblivious
Post by: gjtoth on December 08, 2010, 12:08:02 PM
The cardinal shown here was sitting there about 4-5 feet from the hunting hawk... totally oblivious.  The hawk, however, was not as unobservant.  The cardinal did make good his escape.

Gary, what an intriguing title!  I couldn't wait to see what you meant.   :D

A great series of photos and I'm certainly glad the cardinal escaped.  I'm sure the hawk found his meal somewhere else.   ;)

Glad he made his escape.  Great pics too.
