It's surprising how such a beautiful, graceful swan can look so awkward landing.   :D  Good catch, Beryl.

Well, Pat, my size 11's aren't exactly miniature, either!   :lol:  It's just that swans are so graceful once they've landed - and I'm not!   ;D

Gosh. I could be a ballet dancer then with my size 6 (UK6)

When, as a teenager, I was discouraged because none of the "stylish" shoes came big enough, my mother consoled me with "But you have a very good 'understanding' ."  Didn't really help.  :(
