Japanese White-Eye, to be precise.

Well, I can see why it's called White Eye ;) but how did you manage to get such a good shot at it if it is so small ... I'll go look at the other photos in the gallery.

So small! This is amazing.
The only birds that would be that small here are the humming birds.
