I see what you mean - he is kind of orange rather than true red. But beautiful shots nonetheless.
thought the reds were pretty fair-you got the eyes more defined. The eyes I get usually disappear in their black mask...haven't mastered that yet...Do you wait for them to move towards the sun as it hits the eye?

As soon as I see that catch light, I pop off a burst of 3 or 4.
That certainly is some red you have captured there Gjtoth! Excellent lighting on the bird, and nice to see the eye in focus.
