Interesting bird. Head looks like a turkey vulture! Really nice and clear!
Great shot. But what is it?
It's a muscovy duck. They are tropical birds, native to Mexico, and a domestic variety has been bred for centuries in southern Mexico. This one is wild, but really isn't afraid of me, since I spend a lot of time at the pond and he's gotten used to me.
