On a tree in my front yard this morning.

Oh, how nice. Look at how puffed up that little body is. Was it cold?
I love your capture. Difficult to get!
Thanks! It was around 45 degrees out. This is the first one I've seen this year!
I had to take a few others before I got that one, and right after I got it he flew away and landed in the top of a very tall tree. So I got him with a couple of other birds up there, but it was way too far away.
I'm really enjoying this camera, and learning how to use it. It's much more difficult than I thought it would be. I was impressed with the first few photos I took, until I learned other options and realized they could have been much better!
What camera did you get again?
I took one photo of a little woodpecker on New Year's Day. Must look it out.
(In your profile, I clicked on your website but it doesn't come in. Is the URL correct?

I ended up with a Canon Powershot S5 IS. I wrote about it where I asked for camera help. :)
I printed out a photo of that bird, and it looks very nice! I'm gonna get it bigger and frame it for my living room wall. I was very surprised at how nice the photo came out, as all I did was print it out at one of those automatic machines in the grocery store. LOL! I was standing there gawking...stuck my memory stick in and had a photo in about 2 minutes. I'll take it to a better place to have the one done for my wall though.
The website is outdated. I'll have to edit my profile soon. Anna's doing great now. There are still a few odd things that stem from the heart problem, but she's now pretty much perfectly normal, and runs and plays like all the other kids. It's pretty awesome!
Thanks for that.
I missed seeing about the camera. Or I forgot. Too much to do!! HAHAHA! Glad Anna is ok now.
